Friends

We had a fantastic weekend... I took Friday off of work, and we just played all day. Went to the zoo to see the baby elephant ("Cute!" says Maddox), went out to lunch (with well behaved children and proud parents!), did some shopping, and ended our day at the play place (a.k.a. Out of This World) with Kevin, Alexa and Avery, then a late dinner.

Alexa ended up coming home with us to spend the night, and the kids had a great time playing on Saturday... and Sunday, because we were all having such fun, so everyone stayed over.

Here's Alexa (a.k.a. "Tudie" on account of her pre-teen a-tti-tude) giving bunny ears to Maddox (like he needs help making a funny face), and Avery eating like a good girl.

Glen didn't get the concept that the bunny ears were supposed to go behind the head of the person sitting next to you. I'm not sure what he's doing with his face.

How cute is this? Totally going on the slide show at their wedding. In about 25 years (longer, if Kevin has his way).

I was impressed - Alexa learned to ride the dirt bike - and did a great job! After she figured it out, she didn't want to stop!
