Some of the best memories of our trip to Wisconsin were "everyday" type occurances. For instance; due to all the rain that they've had lately (literally, 3 inches fell ONE night we were there!), the frogs were abundant. There were big frogs and little frogs, green frogs and brown frogs, smooth frogs and bumpy frogs. The boys LOVED chasing (and catching) these little critters!
Also an (almost) every-day occurance was at least one four wheeler ride with Grandpa Tom. I think the boys were out on the 4-wheeler within five minutes of arriving at Grandma and Grandpa's house. They loved feeding the deer, and exploring the trails in the woods. Their property is one of my favorite places on this earth, and I had a great time too!
We were also lucky enough to borrow a couple bicycles for the trip. The boys had endless fun riding these around, most especially on Uncle Mike's dirt track behind his house. It was great to have an outlet for all their energy, and they love riding!
Mmmmm... Grandma's sweet corn, fresh from the garden. 'Nuf said.
While Maddox was napping, Glen had a shooting lesson from Grandpa Tom. Not sure who had more fun, Grandpa, or Glen.
