I have a feeling Glen will do just fine in school - particularly math. Here are a few of his (unprompted) statements:
"MumMum, 6 is more than 5. And 8 is more than 7!"
"Mom, when I'm 7, Maddox will be 5."
"Look MumMum.... Dad has 5 meatballs."
"That's right Glen. If he eats 2 meatballs, how many will he have?"
Glen holds up 3 fingers.
If you ask me - that's math! I recently read an article that said at Glen's age, he should have some basic understanding of bigger, longer, and more. It didn't say anyting about learning subtraction before entering pre-school.......
